Vinification:
The grapes just picked and selected in the vineyard are transported to the cellar where they are quickly de-stemmed, softly pressed and sent to the press. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 ° for about 20 days. When all the sugar has turned into alcohol, the wine is drawn off and poured into the same stainless-steel barrels.

Aging:
Aging takes place in stainless steel barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Colour: straw yellow with greenish hues.
Bouquet: light, characteristic and persistent.
Taste: dry, velvety, soft and harmonious with a good structure.

Pairings:
Served cold it is a great aperitif. At the table it is ideal with fish-based appetizers, light first courses and risottos.
